paper.fun is free paper trading for Solana coins. This page explains what we collect when you reserve a spot, what we do with it, and how the paper.fun browser extension handles data. We keep it short and plain.
What we collect
- Your X account id and @handle.
- Your public X profile: display name and profile picture.
- Your follower count and the date your X account was created.
- Your place in line, the share code we give you, and which friend’s link you used to join, if any.
- Basic technical data needed to run the site, like a hashed network address for rate limits, and a cookie that keeps you signed in.
We never see your X password. We only ask X for read access to your public profile, and we can’t post for you.
Why we collect it
- Early access: to hold your spot and let you in when it’s your turn.
- Place in line: to count the friends who join with your link.
- Fair play: account age and follower count help us stop fake and duplicate accounts.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with advertisers.
- We don’t ask for a wallet, a deposit or payment details to reserve a spot.
The browser extension
The paper.fun extension keeps your paper account, settings and past hours on your own device. It doesn’t collect or send personal data, and it has no analytics or tracking. Its only network requests are public price and coin lookups (Jupiter, DEX Screener and pump.fun) for the coins you view or trade.
Who can see it
Only the paper.fun team, and the service providers that host the site for us. We may share information if the law requires it.
Keeping and deleting
We keep your details while early access runs and while you have a paper.fun account. Ask us and we’ll delete them. You can also remove paper.fun from your X account’s connected apps at any time.
